One of the strongest in Ukraine's dairy industry, the Tulchin factory located in the Vinnytsia region, where for 88 years it has been manufacturing the highest quality products.
Thanks to its location the factory is regularly supplied with high quality milk, which undergoes strict control during all stages of production and allows us to produce products, with high taste quality and safety which are supported by international certification by the ISO - ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005.
Company pride - quality contemporary equipment
The factory pays a great deal of attention to the modernization of equipment taking into account the latest trends in the global dairy industry. In order to ensure continuous quality control at the factory operates smoothly, the newest modern laboratory is put through its paces, and it is one of the best in the CIS.
The factory shops for the manufacture and packaging of butter and cheese are equipped with the latest technologies. Sixty refrigeration units guarantee the freshness of our products. Continuous investment in equipment upgrades and the automation of the production processes have allowed us to minimize the impact of external factors and guarantees that we produce products of high quality.
Production capacity at the TBCF:
- Up to 300 tons of milk are produced daily at the factory;
- Up to 160 tons of butter and spreads are delivered to store shelves daily;
- Up to 13 tons of cheese products are produced by the cheese production and storage shop daily;
- Up to 25 tons of dry demineralized whey is produced daily in specialized high-tech units;
- Three tons of casein by the casein plant.
In the early twentieth century farms of the Vinnytsia region held a large number of cows, but there was no dairy that could handle such a large amount of milk. In 1927, the government decided to open in the city of Tulchin, in Vinnytsia oblast, a plant that would be able to produce up to 33 tons of butter per month.
Every year, the plant grew, and in 1999 became the first asset of the future the TERRA FOOD company under the guidance of Stanislav Voytovych. From this moment started a new phase of development of the company.
In 2001, the Tulchin plant was one of the first to develop a category of spreads for the Ukrainian market. Modern technology and craftsmanship of the butter-makers, whose experience has accumulated over the years, allows them to produce a product which maintains all of its nutrients and that it be produced at the highest level of quality.
In 2002, the factory began producing products under the trademark "Tulchinka", which soon became a leader in terms of consumer preference.
Today, the Tulchin Creamery produces 20% of all butter and spread products in Ukraine!
With its excellent taste and high quality products Tulchin Butter and Cheese Factory has gained popularity in 24 countries abroad.
Standards of Quality and Awards
The work of Tulchin has been certified in accordance with international quality standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005.
The certification of the plant by this international standards has allowed the company to establish an integrated system of quality.
This certification supports the high level of production, therefore, consumers can be assured, that the products made at the factory are of quality and safe.Over the last 10 years, production of the factory has won over twenty awards, including certificates for Standard Quality, High Grade, and World Milk Ukraine.
